I love to hunt for Mexican keyhole arrowhead sand dollars. There's one place that's a land mine if I'm there in the right season, and I find as many as I can to share with others at Christmas.
There are symbols commonly associated with the sand dollar that teach of Christ's birth and mission. I don't know where or when the legend originated, but I took those symbols and wrote this poem.
"All things are created and made to bear record of [Jesus Christ], both things which are temporal, and things which are spiritual." Moses 6:63
