"Be Patient . . . For It Is Wisdom in Me"

This phrase (in this week's Come, Follow Me reading) in my first set of scriptures is highlighted, underlined, outlined, circled, and starred. I crossed out "son" and wrote "daughter." The page is dog-eared from use.

I thought of this verse pretty much every day during my teens and twenties (called the "decade of decision" by Elder Robert D. Hales). It was a simple reminder to have patience with my life (and to have patience with others' actions or imperfections), because there is a Higher Power at work.

What is the Lord nudging you to be more patient about today?
